Don’t forget to clean up your health! Here are a few quick ideas:

*Get adjusted! (Well you knew that would be our first suggestion! A healthy nervous system would be a really nice addition to your life this spring, trust us.)
 
*Clean out all the junk food from your fridge and cabinets…yes, throw it out. You can’t eat it if it isn’t there.
 
*Nix the winter blues and get outside! Even a 10-minute walk outside can have many health-boosting benefits. Grab your pups (or kids – tell them to leave their cell phones home, too!) and go!
 
*Create a fresh, new workout routine that actually excites you. If you’re bored and aren’t seeing results in the gym, it’s time for a change. And you couch surfers, I don’t think anymore needs to be said. Move!
 
*Replace your household cleaners with safer, cleaner alternatives with less chemicals. Your grandma used vinegar and her house was just as clean as yours (probably cleaner)…she was onto something.
 
*Women – throw out all makeup that’s over 6 months old and go treat yourself to new, non-toxic beauty brands. Or swap one thing out at a time. Your face will thank you!
